HON. LADY JUSTICE SARAH LANGA SIU
Hon. Lady Justice Sarah Langa Siu is a distinguished Judge of the High Court of Uganda whose judicial career has been marked by steady progression, professionalism, and trailblazing leadership. Until 3rd March 2025, she served as the Chief Registrar of the Judiciary, a position in which she made history as both the third woman and the youngest person ever to hold the office. With a career in the Judiciary spanning two decades, Justice Sarah Langa Siu has served with dedication across the lower bench, rising through the ranks as Magistrate Grade I, Chief Magistrate, Deputy Registrar, and ultimately Chief Registrar. This breadth of experience has given her deep institutional knowledge and a strong appreciation of the administration of justice at all levels. As Chief Registrar, she ranked fourth in the administrative hierarchy of the Judiciary and played a pivotal role in the day-to-day management of the institution. Her responsibilities included supervising the entire lower bench, overseeing technical and operational matters, and serving as the official spokesperson of the Judiciary, roles that placed her at the center of judicial administration and public engagement. Justice Sarah Langa Siu holds a Master of Laws degree from Makerere University, underscoring her strong academic grounding and commitment to continuous professional development. Beyond her judicial responsibilities, she is a devoted Christian and family woman, married to Dr. Siu Godfrey, and together they are blessed with four children.

Nathan Kiwere is an author, publisher and consultant writer who has written and published over a dozen books, with his body of work continuing to grow as he explores new ideas and genres. Beyond his personal authorship, he has earned a strong reputation as a collaborative partner to writers from around the world, working closely with them to conceptualize, write, publish, market, and distribute their books in both fiction and non-fiction categories. In this capacity, he often describes his role as that of a literary midwife—walking alongside authors from the earliest stages of an idea through the rigorous process of development, refinement, and eventual publication. Since 2014, he has successfully guided the creation and release of more than sixty titles across diverse genres, helping many voices find clarity, confidence, and an audience. Kiwere is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Sisi Analytica (www.sisianalytica.com), a Pan-African literary consultancy and publishing agency headquartered in Uganda, dedicated to supporting African and global authors in documenting and disseminating their ideas with excellence and impact. In addition to his work in publishing, he serves as the current Station Manager of Lighthouse Television, the oldest privately owned broadcast media house in Uganda, where he contributes to faith-based and values-driven media programming. A committed Christian, Nathan Kiwere is married to Carolyn Kiwere, and together they are blessed with five children, grounding his professional pursuits in a strong foundation of faith, family, and service.
